Return and Refund Policy

If you would like to request for a return/refund, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and sealed, and cannot be a dry herb, custom-made tincture or tea.

If approved, the product must be shipped back at your own expense. For Canadian orders, we can send a PDF return label via Canada Post, but the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, and will only be issued to the same payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Issue with Order

If your order is damaged or defective, or you have noticed an issue with the quality, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and do our best to make it right. If there has been an error made on our end, we will reship the order to you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please notify us right away to see if this is possible. Due to custom pricing of custom tinctures and teas, we may not be able to make any changes.
