I had it since my teens, but after taking chastetree for a few months in my mid 30s, my cycle normalized. I’ve been taking it for years since then. The imaging technician actually complimented me on my ovaries during a recent ultrasound. There is no trace of PCOS, and my ovaries look exceptionally healthy and plump for my age, she told me. I believe that this is mostly due to this herb. I do make healthy choices to support a normal cycle, but this herb made a huge difference.
