Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders out as soon as we can. Shipping estimates do not include the order processing time of around 1-3 business days.

Please allow for extra processing time over holidays/long weekends in Canada. Shipping is restricted only to Canada and the United States.

Orders within the US

  • Estimated transit time: 1-2 weeks*

Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking number (Canadian orders only).

If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, please contact us.

What happens if I entered an incorrect address, or need to update the shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has shipped already, we will take every step possible to redirect the shipment.

However, any additional charges will be billed directly back to the customer and must be paid for via Paypal before we can redirect the shipment.

Please note that redirections are not always guaranteed.

If the order is returned to us as undelivered (due to an incomplete/incorrect address, unsuccessful pick-up at the post office, etc.), we can reship the order, which will incur a shipping fee.

What happens if my package is damaged during transit, or lost?

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can create a ticket with Canada Post.

We can either resend your order, or you can request a refund for the order.

If the tracking page shows the package as delivered, please check your mailbox or community mailbox if you cannot find it.
