If you have been researching the health benefits of fungi and are looking for a product that contains lion’s mane, this is worth considering, especially as it’s a tincture. The bottle is glass and tinted a dark brown to help ensure product stability and I appreciate it isn’t plastic. The bottle top is a dropper, which makes taking the correct dosage easy. The tincture has a somewhat sour taste when taking it straight from the dropper.

This seems like a good quality tincture from a Canadian company. They really know what they are doing and I like to support companies like this one. It comes in a dark coloured glass bottle with a dropper. The taste is as expected from a tincture which is not great but it isn’t the worst tasting one I’ve ever had either. It is totally do-able. I mix mine into a little bit of water and toss it back like a shot. It has no aftertaste and doesn’t come back as a burp. I’m very interested to see if I notice any results with longer term use.

I am a big fan of Ashwagandha and have been using it for several months. I’ve tried several brands and form factors, and think this is a quality product. Price-wise, while optically high, isn’t a stretch from other tinctures. There’s lot of talk about flavor, but I never found it strong enough to overpower the drink you’re meant to pour these into. I feel this best before bed and can definitely tell when I missed a dose!

I have had the opportunity to try a few products from this brand and I have not been disappointed so far. So I was quite excited to try this tincture as well, because I have heard quite a lot of health benefits with Lion’s Mane. And I use it in a flavored beverage to mask the taste of tincture, which works quite well for me.

I used to buy instant coffee that had energizing adaptogen mushrooms like Lion’s mane in them, but I like to grind my own coffee and those blends were so expensive. Liquid tinctures are supposed to be more easily absorbed, so that’s a bonus. The Lion’s mane is non-GMO/organic, which I appreciate, and I like that it’s Canadian-sourced.

The majority of our herbs are certified organic, sustainably wildcrafted, or come from small-scale local organic farms that do not yet have organic certification. We always do our best to provide organic herbs in your formulas. We work with a variety of suppliers to keep costs low.
Although most of our products do not contain gluten, we do not have gluten-free certification for our production facility. Feel free to ask about any specific products and we’ll share whatever information we have available.
